Cremona Palace Hotel

I stayed at the Cremona Palace Hotel for 10 weeks. Since I have seen a lot on my business trips, my patience is probably better developed than others. But what I had to put up with in this hotel exceeds all limits. The rooms are not well maintained, the sockets do not work, the light is much too dark, the shower head had to be replaced first because it was so disgusting. The ventilation in the bathroom did not work and increased the humidity so much that vermin spread. The air conditioning did not work or was limited by the hotel to 28°C which made the nights unbearable. The "free Wifi" is unusable when there are more than 5 guests in the hotel. When I asked if the wifi could be improved somehow, I was told by the hotel manager "to leave the room door open". Yes, thanks for the tip, but my desire is limited that everyone can look into my room. The laundry service basically took several days. No problem because I always have enough clothes with me. But that with every wash one less piece of clothing came back I do not find funny. To be fair, I must say that mostly socks and underpants were missing so nothing that is particularly expensive but still annoying. The hotel has incredible potential, the staff are very friendly and listen to the problems of customers but unfortunately nothing happens afterwards. The adjacent restaurant is excellent! A very good cuisine that I can recommend without reservation.
